a supportive community to grow in and access to all our equipment and tools during daily open studio hours.

Membership Details

All members will have access to our potter’s wheel, slab roller, various tools, glazes, and kiln firings (which are run by our staff).

Pre-approved clays are available for purchase on-site.

    • Unlimited access to studio during open studio hours.

    • One Personal 42”x16” Studio Shelf (½ of the large shelves)

    • One Personal 24”x18” Greenware Shelf (one board in the kiln room); Additional work beyond one board can be fired at $0.06/cubic inch

    • Guaranteed Monthly Firing of all work on greenware board

    • Half Retail Shelf to Sell Work at 70% Commission

    • Storage for up to two 25 lb bags of clay

    $175/Month

    • 10 Hours during Open Studio Hours; Additional Hours can be purchased

    • One Personal 21”x16” Studio Shelf (¼ of large studio shelf)

    • Kiln Firings at $0.06/cubic inch

    • Storage for up to two 25lb bags of clay

    $80/Month

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Additional 10 Hour Punch Cards can be purchased at any time during the month, however, all punch cards expire monthly and do not carry over.

  • If you need to cancel your membership, you may cancel it by sending a written notice via email to info@thevesselstudio.org by the 15th of the month prior.

  • While an instructor or experienced studio tech will always be present, members are expected to work independently. If you are looking for further instruction on new skills, we encourage you to book a course.

  • Absolutely! We would love to support your growth as an artist in this way.
