Multi-Week Courses: Refunds requested more than one week prior to the first class is fully refundable. Refunds requested within one week of the first class are 50% refundable. There will be no refunds once the course begins. Should a class not fill sufficiently, we may cancel it one week prior to the first class session.

One Time Classes: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled class are not refundable. If something comes up and you are not able to make it to your class, you can always send someone in your place.

We do not offer make-up sessions for missed classes. However, students enrolled in our multi-week courses receive complimentary access to Open Studio on Fridays from 10:00am – 8:00pm, which can be used to catch up on any work missed during class time. Please note that it is the student’s responsibility to stay on pace with the course curriculum to ensure student success in the course.

Open Studio hours are open to any currently enrolled student. Open Studio is on Fridays from 10:00am - 8:00pm.

Students MUST sign in and out when using open studio hours, and when signing out must confirm that they have fully cleaned their workspace.

Do not stay past the end of open studio hours. During open studio hours, students may use the common areas and classroom that is not in use. Students may NOT use the members’ space.
