family owned
community centered
What started as a one-woman passion project in the garage, has grown into a family-operated thriving creative community.
The Vessel first opened its doors in 2022 when the dream of a community clay studio could no longer wait for “someday”.
After two years in our original cozy 950-square-foot studio, Jerod joined the team full-time, and we made the move to Lincoln Mill, nearly quadrupling our square footage and making room for all that was to come.
But at its heart, The Vessel has always been about more than clay.
Jerod and Jordyn Brummett, Owners
It began with Jordyn’s own return to her art and the way creating made space to reconnect with herself. What started as a personal journey has grown into something we now get to share with our community.
Our hope is that The Vessel becomes that kind of space for you, too. A place to slow down, get your hands dirty, try something new, and make a little room for yourself in the midst of everyday life.
Whether you come to discover a love for clay, find a creative outlet, or simply reconnect with a part of yourself you haven’t made time for lately, we’re so glad you’re here.
